Kevin has been active in the commercial real
estate and construction industry since 1985.
Kevin’s background gives him unique
experience in evaluating clients’ acquisitions,
helping navigate them through the construction
process and maximizing their budgets while
consistently delivering high quality products.
He oversees project managers, contract
negotiation, and cost management.
Biddle is involved in attending to the
day‐to‐day operational requirements
of the company, strategic, financial,
personnel planning, and business
development. He has over 25 years of
experience as Chairman, President, and CEO of
a large consumer‐based distribution company
and as Executive Vice President and General
Manager of a division of a Fortune 200
Manufacturing Company. He has been
responsible for building construction and
maintenance, safety and health plans, and
code and OSHA conformance.
Stockton is an accounting veteran with over 30
years of experience, having served as Chief
Financial Officer and Controller with various
manufacturing companies. A Certified Public
Accountant, he is experienced in all phases of
accounting, budgeting, financial reporting and
cost accounting. He joined KHK in early 2012 to
conclude the professionalization of the
accounting and financial functions of the
company.
Our team of experienced project managers is
trained to provide the oversight to deliver the
project which the owner and architect
imagined. Critical path scheduling is
accomplished with the use of Microsoft Project,
Microsoft Access and ComputerEase Construction
software as well as other web based construction
management software, ProCore and Submittal
Exchange. Comprehensive scheduling allows
us to meet deadlines and contain controllable
costs.
